Seat belts

I have a 1993 acura legend 4door, 6cyl. With about 80,000miles. I have 2 questions. My first question is I have a lot of play on my steering wheel what causes that and what can I do to repair. My second question is that my seat belts lock up. Only in the front seats. What caused that and is it expensive? Thank you john

On the seat belt if you are referring to the not rolling back in, etc I suggest taking the panel off and lubricating the system.

The steering can probably be tightened but that depends on where the play may be coming from. There could be play in the tie rods, this probably would show itself with tire wear. There could be loose connections on the steering wheel. I might suggest taking it to an alignment specialist for evaluation.
