Acura Legend 1992 V6 engine 137000

I have a 1992 acura legend it has 137000miles it has a V6 engine. There is smoke coming from the exhust pipes. The smoke is white/blueist color. Do you think it is the head gaskets. If so does the entire engine have to be taken out to get repaired? I do not know the engine size

No they do not pull the engine for head gasket. They simply have to remove the head, yes there is a bit of work to it including taking off the intake and exhaust manifolds. But things are not that hard to do. Make sure they have the head checked for cracks and warping.
