1992 Acura Legend Check Engine Light Codes

My check engine light code goes like this: 5 flashes, a long pause, one sustained flash followed by 2 flashes, another long pause, and then 6 flashes.

Can you tell me what this means, please?

Hi Aaron Jolley,

Code 5 = MAP sensor. Check for dislodged hoses.

Code 12= EGR System. Could bea faulty EGR, clogging of passages or due to fault with the MAP sensor.

Code 16 = Fuel Injector circuit.

I have an acura legend and im trying to run the self diagnosis test with jumper wires. I dont know where to look for the flashes after I hook up jumper wire. Is it the check engine light?
