My gas pedal hard to press in, at low speed or when I start. When I am at low rpm and I press in the gas, I have a feeling of the gas pedal be locked. It look like a click I think .I have need to press more hard in the gas pedal the gas coming a lot, my head hit the seat. When I press in gas pedal on maximum and I shift the gear 6000 rpm like racing, no pedal gaz problem.

When the engine was cold the rpm bouncing up and down.

Look at your throttle cable from the pedal all the way to the throttle body. Look for kinks or frayed cable. Similarly, check your cruise control cable. Also, check your throttle body itself. Make sure that you don't have any carbon build up that may cause the throttle body to "stick".
