Suspension problem
1998 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

after losing the right front wheel of my car I change the shock for imported Japan shock original, because the shock touch the Spindle. The front lowering of an inch since the change of the shock I think. I change the spindel, lower control arm, upper ball joint. I even change the stabilizing bar. I always have the same problem. Suspention is hard as metal, with small bump in the street his made a sound like bang ! The car breaststroke as a earthquake. I'm shaking, all without make a jump.

You are saying that the front lowered an inch?

Did you replace the coil spring as well? I would recommend OE front coil springs and shock dampeners. I'm not a fan of importing struts. Were they used?

What exactly are you hearing? When does the front end make a noise?

Yes I saying that the front lowered an inch

yes I Did replace the coil spring as well all part of the shock absorber. Yes they are used. Taken from a acura integra type R 1994-2001, in japan. So the suspention look like a new.

. The sound and sensation is the same even if I changing a lot part of the suspention. The suspention is very, very hard, I feel the bumps on the street like a motocross track. To the sound, imagine that you just do a jump on a motocross track. BANG !

Your sound, may be the coil spring. Ensure it is sitting on the perch properly, and that it is not broken. Sometimes a cracked spring is hard to find, so take a real good look.

You are feeling the bumps in the road because the strut is a lot stiffer than your OE strut which means you will be feeling a lot more bumps now.
