Rear left brake make a lot of noise. My new pad put a large Strach on my new rotor. When I spin the wheel pad gives himself shots on my rotor.I got the noise only at low speed. There is noise, even if I press the brake pedal or not.

Hi bussie,

Thank you for the donation.

There is a possibility someting is caught between the pads and rotor. I would suggest removing the pads to check, could be a small stone or metal piece that got caught between the central line of the pads.

Check for proper seating of the pads as well.

Anything hard brushing against the rotor would cause noise.

Which spring are you referring to?

Yes, this spring would cause a rather loud noise when it is vibrating as it brushes against the rotor.

If any part of it is caught between the brake pads and rotor, it would scratch it and the noise emitted would be much louder than if it is just brushing against it.

Brake pads brushes against the rotor, because the anti spring rattle does not do a good job on the brake pad.
