1997 Acura Integra Integra 97 acceleration noises

When I start the car on a cold start, the engine is fine, car is completely stock no aftermarket parts.

when even accelerate, and release the gas pedal after accerlerate, I heard a clang clang, metal rattling noise, I don't know is it from the engine.
clanging metal rattle noise only comes after I release the gas petal. When the car is idle, I press on the gas and then release, still hear the metal rattle noise.

no engine check lights on, but I see the maintance light on.

please help.
