I have a 1997 Acura Integra that has a wiper problem. They will not turn off. Is there a relay that controls this? If so where is the relay located Thanks jeff

Hi Jeff,

Yes, there are relays conttrolling the wiper motor.

I am not sure of the location for your model, but it should be in the under bonnet fuse box.

For some models, it is incorporated into the intergrated control unit which is plugged into the fuse box under dash on driver side.

Hi herkelz2007,

I am not sure of the circuit layout of this make but based on your description, I have this to suggest.

The flasher and signals uses the same flasher relay and are interconnected. The flasher rely is most probably under the hazard switch and when it intermittently fails, the signals would not work.

Either you have poor connections or the relay is faulty.
