At first my passenger side window went out. I could only roll the window down. I can't roll it up. 20 minutes later I couldn't roll any of my windows up or down. Power locks don't work either. I replaced both driver and passenger sides with known working switches ant that didn't fix the problem. There is an alarm on the car and it did start acting up before problems with the window started. Before the problem sometimes I tried to unlock my doors with my alarm it wouldn't unlock it so I had to manually unlock it with a key. Any help would greatly be appreciated. And it's cold. Here in wisconsin. I need this fix asap. Oh yeah checked all fuses.

Let's start with the power windows.

I know that you said you checked all the fuses. Check them again. Every single one that marked red.

Door lock.
If you already checked fuse #6 under the dash, you need to gain access to PDL control unit (in the driver door), and check voltage at wire harness, socket #14 white/green wire and ground # 5 black. If you have power at the harness, the unit is bad. Well, before you assume that it is bad, you may want to diagnose the alarm system. If the alarm is aftermarket, not factory, contact the manufacturer. I do not have access to aftermarket system.
