Is it all stock? What makes you think it's running rich at idle? What's your fuel pressure at?

Its cuz it says so on the emission test, but yeah I have dc headers, and cold air intake thats not stock. And I don't know about the fuel pressure, I dont really know how to fix cars, just learning. I think its 1001, or something. Just got back from the e.T, place again and it didn't pass, the idle emissions co was 1.21, I guess thats a little too high. I was wondering if you or anyone else can help me out cuz I took it to the shop already and they said that they don't know whats causing it to be high, which is kinda messed up cuz I already spent 128, just for them to diagnoise the problem. Its a gsr if anyone can help me THANKS! Also what can it be because the timming is not correct? Please write back thanks!
