SEAT BELT STOPPED WORKING. HOW CAN IT BE FIXED?

Does it go back and fourth.

If not and its stuck, on the back panel where the back saet is there is a cap just above the seat. Pull that off and use an allen wrench and turn it toward the front until the retracts and it should work. To test just open and shut the door.
