It might be your FITV. This valve is only supposed to be functioning when your vehicle is not at start up.

To test this valve, remove the intake pipe, you will see two ports (holes) in the throttle body before the plate. The lower one is for the FITV. At operating temperature(very important) put your finger over the lower port.

Is there vacuum there? Or nothing? If there's vacuum the valve is faulty. And there are ways of trying to internally fix it that I can explain if that is indeed the problem.

Does the rev goes up then down then back up.
Roughly 500-1000rpms?

I had a friend with a bad vacuum leak. And the rear section of the exhaust needed to replace.
It made a revving sound during idle which makes everyone arounds thinks he is actually sitting there blimping the throttle.

Check with a local honda/acura shop and have them take a look at the vacuum lines/hoses and take a quick glance at the exhaust system.

Hope this helps, and best regards to you buddy.

Go to a local auto parts store, and pick yourself up a bottle of Fuel Injection cleaner from STP or CHEVRON Fuel Injection cleaner.

A bottle of fuel injection cleaner every now and then really helps dirty injectors and helps rough idle and restore loss horsepower due to injectors being partially clogged up. This happens fromt time to time, a bottle of F.I. Cleaner should helps greatly.

When your near empty next time, pour the F.I. Cleaner into your gas tank, then fill up with some quality gas and you should feel a difference by the time that tank of gas is nearly gone.

Hopes this helps also. Best regards*
