Heater problem
1991 Acura Integra Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80,000 miles

Hi, this is the car im looking at currently http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/car/511436601.html and i was wondering if its worth the price to buy it, but the real question is it says the heater doesnt work due to a delayed motor relay, how much would it cost to fix this problem and how hard would it be generally. If i wasnt clear enough just check the link i posted and read whats on it.

Blower motor relay is an electrical switch that activates the fan(without getting too technical). Heat is not the problem. It can't move air into the car which means no a/c either.
Part is cheap somewhere in the tens, $30 would be too much. It's just like replacing a fuse and it's in the engine compartment fuse box. Makes me wonder why he couldn't get it fixed.
