1990 Acura Integra oil leak

Theres a black cap about 2 inches in dia on the left side of the valve cover, it's plastic, it's loose, but doesn't come out, just turns, it leaks oil, there's 2 bolt holes on the sides of it the right one just above center, the left one just below center, looks like you can bolt on additional stuff if you wanted, but this cap leaks. What is it? Ventilation? Tim orion mich

HI there, apart from the oil filler cap there is nothing else there see pic, can you post a pic of this on your car?

I was wondering if you where talking about the one by the distributer? If so im guessing your cars not a vtech the hole next to the distributer is for the vtech silinoied and the cap is loose on mine as well I need to put some more gasket in a tube on it lol let me know if this is what your talking about
