2001 Acura CL Seat panel

The panel on the back of the passenger fell off and I cannot get it back on

Hi NDesor,

If the clips have dislodged or is broken it would not clip back.

If the clips are stuck at the seat side, pull them out and slot them into the holes on the panel before reinstalling.
