When the car is cool I have no problem. Once its warm first gear I have no problem 2nd start to hear a pinging. As im driving I can feel the sudden burst of power and the same happens of the rest of the gears.

Was any repairs cerried prior to this occurring?

Is the Check Engine Light showing while engine is running?

Ive had the car for 2 years and the only thing ive changed is the clutch because the bearing was finished. It still had the same amount of power I thought it have alittle more.

The only light I have on is the abs and dtl but its been on since ive had the car

If it is the engine pinging, you would need to check the ignition timing and the fuel you are using.

Well I use regular gas
so I do a tune up u think it would help?
I was goin to change the timing belt too, but I was waiting for the weather to get better
