I pulled the obd code on my car cause the blower motor keeps turning on and off at random times. I have replaced the controls, blower motor and resistor. The obd code said that actuator door #3 failed the test and was not responding. I heard the normal clicking sound a few months ago but it stopped, now I have this problem. So, I need to know where #3 is located so I can change it out.

They don't list them by number only by name, can you tell me if the: Mode, Temp or Recirculation is not working? It is mostly likely the Mode actuator. Here is its location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response.

The blower motor keeps turning on and off randomly on all fan speed settings. The compressor is engaging; cold air is coming out of all the vents. I have changed the controls, blower motor, and resistor with new parts. But still same problem. OBD says the recirculation door actuator failed test.

So this sounds like two problems, please start a new thread for the blower motor issue. Here is the location of the recirculation door actuator which will have nothing to do with the blower motor issue FYI. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
