Went to switch from 4 low to 4 high. Nothing engages now. Even rolls while in park. Could it be both drives we're disengaged? Is this an easy fix?

It sounds like you have a transmission issue if you cannot get it to lock into park.
Did you check the cable to the transmission to be sure it is connected?
