Hi Manny,
Can you provide a little more detail about what you are doing and what you are seeing? Also, define ACC for us. Currently ACC stands for Adaptive Cruise Control, but this was not available back in 2001. It could possibly mean your accelerator pedal position sensor but we just need to know for sure and where you are measuring your voltage. Thanks
