I checked with the gauge and it showed full. Added some and then both sides started to go warm, released the extra and the driver went backto cold. Where is the actuator door blend on the passenger side. Some say its either the actuator door or the servo, where is the servo as well and what does it do?

Yep, you had the system over filled, the problem is the passenger side blend door actuator, I would swap it out for e new unit, here is the location which is under the passenger side dash, you might need to remove the glove box and lower dash panel to get to it. The blend door actuators do not require manual calibration as long as you install OEM-style actuators and reconnect the battery properly. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Nothing, a blend door actuator and a servo motor are the same thing.
