Good morning,

There are several actuators behind the dash.

The mode actuator requires the dash to be removed.

I attached a picture of the actuator. Is this the one you replaced?

The one right behind the radio is the one I got changed out and the guy that did it said they have another actuator on the driver side. Could that be the problem? I'll post a picture of the one I swapped out.

It sounds like he changed the blend door not the mode door.

I changed the actuator right behind the radio. Is there another one around that area too? Because it did not fix the problem or any other suggestions?

Good morning,

I answered this before for you and you never responded.

Did you replace the one that I attached with a picture? There are many. The dash has to be removed to gain access to the actuator.

I attached another picture for you. Is the one I circled the one you replaced?
