A/C makes a loud vibrational rumble sound?

Noticed when I turned the A/C on that it makes a loud vibrational rumble sound the higher the A/C setting, and I thought it would be the blower motor. After removing the cabin filter, I tried to look into the blower and saw a single leaf. Would that cause all that noise?

It could yes, what happened after you put the blower motor back in? Also, can I ask if it makes the noise with the heater on?
