AC Line bracket mounting location?

AC line that runs under fan shroud and back up to compressor has a bracket with one bolt hole. Where does this bracket bolt to?

The bracket on that line would typically bolt to the timing cover (it would share a bolt with the timing cover, near the passenger side about midway down the front of the engine) or on the front of the engine block, usual near the water pump, between the shroud and radiator support (look near the lower passenger side, 10mm bolt secures the plastic shroud to radiator).
