Was cooling very little say on a scale of 10, a 1.
Compressor was cycling on and off.
Ac button responds to compressor.
Tried to add freon didn't take it
Gauge on low side first showed it at 110.
Then I tried to empty any freon if any from low pressure port and I had a lot of just air coming out, no freon, when I did that for a whole the compressor staed. I thought maybe it was overfilled. Coolness was not good all warm.
Added a bit to f freon it took it but nothing got better. Checked high side and soon as I opened it it was about 250. After I emptied all the air coming out it has gotten down to 20, added freon to 45 still not cold

Did the bill test on the front condenser and it was not pulling air. Looked at fan and was off. Bumped it with a metal bar and now it works. Saw the line freezing so it was low and I added some freon and now its cold. Thanks

Yep, I would replace the fan motor or the problem will come back soon. Thanks for letting us know.

I have seen people change the motor or the whole assembly, is it easy to replace the motor without disconnecting any ac lines?

Yep, I looked at the instructions and they don't mention anything about the AC vacuum and recharge.
