Every AC part in this truck has been replaced including the sensors. The AC system will work fine while sitting at idle and running but when you go to put it in drive and go to takeoff, you don’t get 20 feet and the system shuts down. I have the AC gauges hooked up and set in the windshield. I have found that the ground signal from the ECM or PCM is being taking away at the AC compressor relay the 12 V signals are always there at the AC relay the 5 V reference is there at the high pressure switch even when the compressor shuts off but we lose the power at the high pressure switch as well. We still have ground. I have load tested all the main grounds on the truck. I have done continuity test from the AC relay to compressor, the continuity is good from the low pressure switch to the AC control module. The continuity is good from the AC relay to pin 43 on the PCM connector. Continuity is good. When the problem occurs I am watching the AC high-pressure center voltage and the AC high side pressure psi on the scanner. When the compressor kills out those two sensors go crazy. The numbers fluctuate from 4 to 500 all the way down to zero in flat lines.
