AC compressor and fan does not come on

Ac compressor and fans do not come on when you turn on the ac. Freon is at 80psi on the low side.

There is a pressure switch on one of the a/c hoses that cans cause the cooling fans/compressor no to turn on. A bad a/c relay would cause this. The main a/c control panel can also cause this.
If your good with a voltmeter we can go further because this is an electrical issue.
