Replaced bad compressor. AC fuse is good. Could not put any r-134 into low pressure line. Made jumper connector and ran power to battery. Engine on, connect jumper and clutch engages and takes can of r-134. Reconnect regular connector and clutch does not engage. One small can did not make any temperature difference while jumped over. Do not want to overcharge system or blow a line. All thoughts welcomed. No multi-meter. Have test light.

Check all fuses in picture. You need 2.13 lbs to fill system so if can is 12 oz then you will need at least another can plus a little from third can. See picture if still not working it may be a bad pressure switch or the HVAC module may have something wrong which would require a mechanic scanning for codes.
