I installed a new expansion valve, receiver/dryer and compressor. The new compressor has the correct amount of page 46 for Chrysler 300. Vacuumed the system do you add any more oil?

Typically we pour the oil out of the old compressor and measure it, then put that amount, plus about a teaspoon amount for each hose or other component into the compressor. From there, it will circulate through the system. That oil is put in the compressor before it's installed. I would not add any oil for the expansion valve.
