A/C clutch not engaging

I have front A/C only. I just replaced the compressor because the compressor stopped work completely. I installed the new compressor and now the clutch will not engage. I have looked over and checked all connections to the system itself, all the plugs are clean and plugged in.

Good afternoon,

Did you charge the system with freon? How much?

Can you tell me the pressures? It needs 20 lbs of pressure to close the relay for the compressor.

I attached a wiring diagram for the clutch.
