I bought this car with no air conditioning. The blower does not kick at all. I started with the fuses and they all looked fine, I also swapped every single fuse that says Air conditioner, blower, or condenser on it with new fuses. I also put a new resistor and blower relay with no luck. I could also test the blower itself and the switch knob by taking off the blower relay cover and connecting the two metal pieces inside the relay and the blower started kicking, and I tried to change the fan speed and it worked. Now I am sure it is not the switch, resistor, fuses, nor the relay. But the blower still will not run at all, either on Air conditioner nor heat. What else could it be?

Bad ground. Broken wire. If the blower started running when you bypassed the relay, I would say it is a faulty relay.

I replaced the relay twice with an aftermarket market one the first time, and second time I got an OEM one from the dealership.

Okay. What trim level is the car? GLS, Limited, etc? Also, is the Air conditioner system automatic or manual? I will send you the correct schematic for your system and you can trace the problem down with that.
