A/C blowing hot air

The fan blows in the car but it’s hot air. I tried to add Freon but it acted like it wasn’t taking the Freon. How do I know if the compressor is working properly or if it just needs recharged?

You can tell if you see the compressor clutch engaged when you turn on the AC.

Can you give me the high and low side pressures?

I attached a wire diagram for you to view. Check the fuses listed for power on both sides.
