I have been having issues with my vehicle for quit a while now. It is showing a code for the left rear wheel speed sensor. I went ahead and replaced all four and expected the ABS and ESP/traction control light to go off. They did not. I am thinking it is the stator ring that the sensor inserts into in the hub its self. How can you test this? I know you can test some components by voltage?

No way to test it electrically without a scan tool to read the data from the PCM and graph it and see if it drops out. However you could check the ring itself for cracks or damage. Jack it up, pull the tire, caliper and rotor off. You can look in and see the cheap tin ring on the hub that the sensor reads. If it has rusted away, cracked, bent or shows damage the only way to repair it is with a new hub. You can see the "teeth" the sensor reads in the picture.
