While on a trip don't know what happened but when I turned on the van a lot of the lights stayed on dash the ac, radio, blinkers, wipers, back lights, windows did not work, and battery was draining. We found the main fuse was damaged, so we replaced it everything is working except the windows the odometer and gear are still locked. Check engine light is on now and auto parts check the code was for the speed sensor After changing it we still have the same issue.

I have seen the instrument cluster short out and cause this problem, but we should check all fuses and run a CAN scan.

Here are guides help and fuse location in the images below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Thank you for your answer. We checked all the fuses and noticed a fuse was missing. Apparently after they changed the main fuse they failed to replace a fuse that was taken out.
