I have been driving for a food delivery service about 60 hours a week. I’m driving about 1,000 miles a week. I never used this car much but recently I have been. I will keep up with all scheduled service. The car is in excellent condition. What does this abuse? Do to a car? A car is meant to be driven. I’m sure in time the car will wear out but that is with all cars. The car is practically new condition. What does this do to a healthy car?

This is not considered abuse. You are simply putting more miles on it than others would.

I have a job that requires me to drive a lot as well (not this one but another one) and I put about 60,000 miles per year on a vehicle. Basically you are going to have a higher maintenance cost but if you keep it maintained then this amount of driving is not going to be an issue.

The main thing you need to work on is making sure you change the oil and keep the engine tuned up. Plus air filters and fuel filters. Here are guides that will help with all of this:

Lastly what you are going to have to plan for is as the vehicle gets higher mileage then you may want to trade it out for another with lower mileage. So as you approach 200,000 miles you will want to start making other plans.

Lastly when you trade it for lower mileage, you need to purchase another used vehicle. I would never purchase a new vehicle for something like this. When you are putting this many miles on a car you are going to destroy its value.

Since a new vehicle loses most of its value in the first 3 years, you want to get a vehicle after it has had that value drop. This will allow you to put miles on it and not lose as much value in case you need to sell it.
