When I turn on the car and start the acc first off the light sometimes doesn't work. You have to have the blower on first and then if I turn the blower speed above 2, the A/C light goes out and stops working.

Hello,

It sounds like you could have a faulty blower switch or blower motor resistor.
Either of these components can have similar issues.
As you are turning past 2 the circuit basically becomes open and the fan stops working.
The blower motor resistor is located next to the blower motor, it is located under the passenger side dash. If you look under the passenger side dash, under the glove box you will see the blower motor housing.

The blower switch is the actual switch that you turn for the fan speed.
