Okay, so it can be perfectly sunny and my A/C is working fine but then if I hit a puddle or pass by a wet part in the road my car suddenly marks on the dash that icy conditions outside then the car will only blow out hot air. It goes away whenever the car's temperature goes all the way back down to cold.

Good morning,

There is an ambient air temperature sensor that is located behind the bumper on the left front.

That sends a signal to the control module for the A/C system.

When that sensor get drenched with water, it sends a signal to the module and turns off the A/C when it sees low outside temperature.

I would change that sensor. I cannot find a picture of it on my information system. I did find a YouTube video for you.
