What type of clutch does my A/C Compressor use, because I need to find the right tool to remove the clutch so I can put a bypass pulley on it until I can get a new clutch plate for the compressor.

the car has a GM 3800 series 2, 3.8L V6 vin K

It should be an electromagnetic clutch, there is a clutch coil when energized engages the compressor. Is the compressor engaging all the time or are the bearings bad. If the compressor it self is not spinning you shouldn't have to worry about replacing it until you get a new clutch.
