I know that the rotator cuff has started to go bad on my compressor and it needs to be replaced but I cant afford it right now. How can I bypass the AC compressor? Can I just buy a shorter belt or do I have to install one of those pullies? I have 4 people telling me all different things. I just need a right answer before I spend my money.

You have to go to an auto parts to see if you can match one up it may take a pulley but that is the only way to fix it if you want to jump compressor

When this is done there is no set way to do it that is why it has to be done at an auto parts to try to find a belt that will fit. Like I said it may or may not take a pulley to make it work.
