A/C blows hot air

My A/C blows hot air. The guage readings with A/C and engine on and compressor clutch engaged are: low side 90 high side 160 at 85 degrees. What could be wrong?

Wow, your low side is pretty high and the high is low. This would indicate a bad compressor. Since the compressor seems like it failed you would need to replace the compressor. The condenser has the drier. You can replace the bag inside the condenser but I recommend you replace the whole condenser and flush the whole system.
