On my car I cannot find the air conditioner actuator. How do I get to it?

The one that controls the air from coming out the front vents. The air comes out of the feet and the top not out of dash vents.I checked the mode setting. That is not it.

It is behind the left side of the dash it says you have to remove the dash to replace it. I was working on a 2002 Deville and you could pull the radio to access it. Not sure about your car though.

No that's the recirculation actuator. The mode is on the left. See if you can take the radio out and get to it.I was able to on that 2002 Deville I did. Most likely it's a bad actuator. It's really common for the mode actuator to go out on those.
