Just had the radiator, thermostat, and term housing replaced. For two weeks after the A/C blew cold. Now it blows cool, but colder when on the freeway. There is also a "pop" when turning on the A/C which sounds like it's coming from under the floor board or good on the passenger side.

Hi Eismane,

Any time the AC blows colder when driving down the road, that normally means the radiator fan is not operating properly.

You have a viscous fan clutch which have been known to fail. When they fail the fan cannot engage its top speed. It just spins at the slower speed and does not cool the Freon like it needs to. Then when driving faster, the Freon is cooled and your AC blows cooler.

As for the noise under the floor board, that does not sound familiar and I am not sure how it relates to the AC. Is this a new sound or has it always done it?
