A 1998 Bell dump truck is not engaging in its reverse gears 1, 2, 3. I dont even colour codes of supply wires

A 1998 B20B Bell dump truck is not engaging reverse gears. The gears are gears 1, 2, and3. Its auto transmission. Could the problem be circuit breakers or what. I dont know colour codes of input or output wires. Please help

We don't do medium duty or heavy duty truck s sorry it wold need to be scanned regardless. Also check fluid level as well. You might check with a trans shop as it may be an Allison transmission

I really wouldhave no idea as i'm a mechanic and don't look for these sites for that. However what kind of truck is it I've neverheard of bell is it a chevy, gmc ford or international? Isn't bell a dump box manufacturer. Like I said call a trans shop they may work on medium duty trucks and i'd bet it's an Allison trans in it.
