Fuse box location? I want to check the fuse but I can't find it?

My wipers are not working. And I want to check the fuse but I can't find no where I have fuse box on the panel next to the battery there should be another box. There is no fuse box next to the driver. So where it can be this fuse box.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed. The actual location of the fuse box itself in the cabin not show.
