Crank no start will start with boost

My truck listed above c1500 will crank but not start when it is cold outside, but will fire up after a couple tries. If I book up booster cables to it and it runs flawlessly when started and fire up as long as it's warm. I changed battery, alternator, cap and rotor, ignition coil, the ignition control module and coolant temperature sensor. Had a new fuel tank and pump installed few months back. Any feed back be much appreciated.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's starter dragging that might need to be replaced. When your engine is cranking how exactly does it sound. Is there any way we could get you to take a video of what it is doing when you crank the engine and post on here for us?

Good morning,

I see nothing about the starter motor. Do you have the ability to check the current draw from the starter while cranking without the booster cables?

I will try to get a video of it cranking. But it sounds normal when it's cranking I did find the fuel pressure is a little low. Also when I plug it in it starts no problem
