Speedometer not working

My speedometer does not work. Auto Zone shows it to have P0500, said it is the vehicle speed sensor "A". Where is this sensor located?
Also, I would like a sensor chart for this vehicle.

The speed sensor is located on transmission at left rear there are no pictures of that as there are three different transmissions. See pictures for other charts.
