4Runner does not reach negative signal on the injectors

Hi, I'm a technician toyota in Italy, TMI can not help me about a 4 runner SR5, I ask you a favor how can I solve the problem of a dtc code 11 that seeing around the internet and the engine ECU, missing a power supply, I tried to see the connectors, relays, fuses and everything is ok, what else can I do before I order the engine control unit?

Thanks for the welcome, today I did the tests that you have provided me as a manual and I have to replace the engine ECU, but there are other tests to do? On this engine does not reach the negative signal on the injectors, so the car will not start. Then a other information as I can find the engine ECU because TMI does not provide it? There aare no procedures available for testing ECU. The manual suggests using a known good ECU to substitute.

If the test procedures indicates everything is good, the ECU should be the cause. If you can't get the replacement, try looking around to see if anybody can have it repaired.

ECU of the olden eras are usually faulty due to bad capacitors. Replacing some of them usually works.

Hi, I have done all the tests and with the conclusion that it is the engine control unit. I took it also has repair, we also replaced three condensers and integrated that they were short but the unit does not work. Can anyone help me to find it in america with reasonable costs. Thanks in advance
