All service lights on dashboard went on briefly?

I drove the car for around 10 minutes and then the gas pedal went all the way down to floor and all service lights on dashboard went on briefly. I parked my car in the parking lot of a stores. I tried turning the car on and it wouldn't start. Battery is good but it won't start engine. I hear multiple clicking noises when trying to start the engine. There's plenty of fuel and plenty of engine oil in vehicle.
