The check engine light is on and these are the 3 codes, would like to solve the issue - any recommended procedures or troubleshooting instructions?

Hello,

Can I ask if the engine has an exhaust leak? This is the #1 problem that will cause these codes.

P015A - O2 sensor delayed response, rich to lean, Bank 1 Sensor 1
P015B - O2 sensor delayed response, lean to rich, Bank 1 Sensor 1
P014C - O2 sensor delayed response, Bank 1 Sensor 1

Can you please upload a short video of the engine idling (cold) from under the hood, that way I can tell for sure what is going on.

These problems can cause the issue as well

1. vacuum leaks
2. dirty MAF sensor
3. fuel pressure too high
4. leaking injector
5. intake duct leak
6. misfire condition

Also, the primary oxygen sensor can be bad as well if everything else checks out. I would remove the spark plugs for inspection and upload an image of them for each cylinder. That was we can see if the engine is having an issue. Let us know how it goes.

Im not sure how to find an exhaust leak but I did clean the mass air flow sensor and replace the upstream sensor .

The permanent dtc codes went away quickly but my Short Term Fuel Trim at idle is hovering around (-12% to -15%)

Yes! this means the system is trying to lean the system out which can take some time, keep driving the car and it should normalize. Also, I would replace the MAF sensor if the problem returns. Cleaning it does not always work, FYI.
