Codes p2127 and p0651, limp mode?

code p2127 p0651 car is in limp mode... have replaced the pedal and the throttle body with a used one. The car listed above is a sedan.

These codes are caused by an accelerator pedal position sensor that has gone out which is common, here is how to replace it also clear the codes once hit repair is completed:

P2127 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit Low:
P0651 - Sensor Reference Voltage "B" Circuit Open:
