Slow cranking and check engine light is on

I have the car listed above SE model, which has begun to slow in cranking after pumping gas it seems. The engine turns over and eventually crank. Recently the check engine light, solid, came on. I just at a local AutoZone and them to run the tool for it. I was told 2 EVAC codes came up, and it has something to do with fuel buildup from the tank to the intake.

Hello,

Can you tell me the code numbers that you are getting?
EVAP codes can mean a number of things that could trigger the issues that you are having.

Does this only happen after you fill up?

An engine can be slow to start due to various reasons, it could be weak fuel pump, dirty fuel filter, dirty throttle bore, worn out spark plugs etc.
